Problem:
If railway vehicles are coupled carelessly, damage to the railway coupling and the vehicle can be caused by an undamped impact in the direction of compression. In addition to the approach for the coupling process, damping in the pulling direction of the buffer may be necessary in certain scenarios.

Solution:
For railways, COMPENSER® are integrated into the railroad coupling as industrial shock absorbers, which convert the energy generated by shocks in both the push direction and the pull direction into heat.
