Horizontal application in the field of conveyor technology:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Problem:Stacker cranes in high rise storage facilities move along rails at very high speeds. Before reaching the end points of the aisle, they are brought to a standstill via an electrical braking system. Should the electrical control of the conveyor technology fail, the stacker crane travels unbraked into the end stop. Severe damage to the equipment, building, or personnel is the result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solution:A COMPENSER\u00ae<\/strong> from the DC series<\/a> acting in both directions of travel, or a single-acting COMPENSER\u00ae <\/strong>from the C series<\/a> or CE series<\/a>, is installed on the stacker crane as end-position damping at the end stops.
