Vibration Absorption<\/h1>\n

LEBEN manufactures vibration dampers for vibration absorption of high buildings, masts, towers, wind turbines, bridges and special constructions.<\/p>\n

Mass in combination with a vibration damper:<\/h2>\n

Problem:
Building structures (e.g. radio masts, towers, wind turbines and bridges) are excited to oscillate by wind forces during storms. As a result, without protection by means of vibration dampers excessive loads occur in the rigid structure of the building.<\/p>\n

Solution:
So-called attenuators are integrated into the towers. These consist of a moving mass which is connected to the structure via COMPENSER\u00ae<\/a><\/strong> as a vibration damper.<\/p>\n

Advantage:
The maximum deflection amplitude of the tower structure is reduced to a permissible maximum value due to the vibration absorption adapted to it.<\/p>\n
